We speculate that the culprit for this event was a bushing failure caused by a meteorite hitting at xxx substation (3.41 miles from xxx). Physical evidence shows a hole in the bushing and a dent in the tank. Reported eyewitness accounts of "fire from the sky".

xxxxx, please change the outage cause from "unknown" to "meteor".
